These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of SkillarCode ("Website") and any content, Public Forums, or services offered on or through the Website and/or through any mobile application(s) (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
These Terms apply to end users ("Learners", "You"). By accessing this Platform, You agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If You disagree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. If You are between 13 and 18, You must have Your parent or legal guardian's permission. If You are under 13, You may not use our Platform.
To access Content, You must provide accurate registration details (Name, Email). You agree to keep this information updated.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the Content on the Platform for Your own personal, non-commercial use only.
To register for any Content, You may need to pay a fee ("Content Fee"). Payment is processed through secure third-party processors. We do not store your sensitive card details.
Strict No Refund Policy: Once You purchase access to a Content or Digital Product (e.g., "The Viral YouTube Editing Pack") on the Platform, the same cannot be cancelled and there shall be no refund of the Content Fee.
Exception: If you are technically unable to access the content due to a fault on our end, please contact support immediately.

We (SkillarCode) own all information, Content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform. You acknowledge that You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform.
Legal Warning: Unauthorized recording, downloading, or distribution of our course material is a punishable offense under the Copyright Act, 1957 and IT Act, 2000. We actively monitor user behavior and will take legal action against piracy.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SKILLARCODE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE CONTENT, EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
